Toh Theam Hock & Co is a Perak based firm that is founded and headquatered in Taiping, Perak. Established since 1958, TTH & Co is one of the oldest operating legal establishements in Perak. SHAIFUL RAHIMI B. MOHD NOOR

En Shaiful Graduated from University of Malaya with a Bachelors of Law degree. He joined Toh Theam Hock & Co in 1999 and is currently managing the operation of both Toh Theam Hock & Co Taiping and Kuala Kangsar.Main areas of practice include conventional and islamic banking and finance (facility agreemtns and securtity documentation, debt recovery), coveryancing, probate and administration of estates.

LOH YET KONG

Mr Low Yet Kong graduated with a Bachelors of Law and is a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple.

TAN SOO LING

Ms Tan Soo Ling is a graduate from University of London with a Bachelor of Laws degree. She joined Toh Theam Hock & Co in 2008 and currently manages the Parit Buntar and Bagan Serai branches.Her main areas of practice include conveyancing, banking & finance, commercial loan and facility agreement & security documentation, development project, joint venture agreement.

ANG KOK CHUN

Mr Ang Kok Chun holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence (Hons) from the University of Malaya, the Certificate in Legal Practice, and a Master of Laws. He joined Toh Theam Hock & Co in 2012 and currently overlooks its operations.His main areas of practice include real estate and project conveyancing, banking and finance, corporate and commercial law, family law, and estate planning. He advises on property transactions, financing, leasing, regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, wills, trusts, and probate.
